Privacy Policy

How PlantNura Consulting & Solutions LLP handles your personal data and your research data.

This policy is a working draft prepared from how the site and services actually operate. Have it reviewed by a qualified advisor before launch, and confirm it against the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where you serve EU or UK participants, the GDPR.

1. Who we are

PlantNura Consulting & Solutions LLP ("PlantNura", "we", "us") is a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its office at Mahaveer Gateway, 12th Floor, Office 5, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032. For any question about this policy or your data, write to pnura@plantnura.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver the service you asked for.

Enquiries

When you submit the contact form or email us: your name, email address, organization, the area you are interested in, whatever you write in your message and, if you give them, your country and WhatsApp or phone number. With a form we also record the page it was sent from, the site that linked you to us, your browser’s time zone and language, and any campaign tags in the link, so we can reply at a sensible hour and see which pages bring enquiries.

Course enrolment and internship application

Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, institution and department, current position, fee category, how you join and which batch, your R and statistics level, whether you will bring your own data, how you heard about us, and which programme you are enrolling in. For internship applications, the same details with the track, the length and your preferred start month instead of a batch, and, if you choose, what you would like to work on.

Payments

Course and internship payments are processed by Razorpay, for participants in India and abroad; we keep the payment reference, amount and method that Razorpay confirms. [CONFIRM: the payment partner for software subscriptions.] We never see or store your full card or bank details — only the confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Client research data

For consultancy and software work, the trial, phenotype, genotype or related datasets you choose to share with us.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call.
  • To register you for a course or internship track and send you the joining details, materials and schedule.
  • To carry out the analysis or consultancy engagement you have commissioned.
  • To issue invoices and meet our accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Your research data

Data you share with us for a consultancy engagement is treated as confidential and remains yours. We use it solely to produce the deliverables agreed with you. It is access-controlled, transferred and stored through secure channels, and is not reused for any other client, for training models, or for our own research. At the end of an engagement we delete it on request, and in any case retain it no longer than needed to deliver and support the work. Where you require it, we are willing to sign a non-disclosure or data-processing agreement before any data is shared.

5. Files you upload to DataViz Pro

When you use DataViz Pro, your files are processed in a private workspace created for your session on Amazon Web Services. Files move over an encrypted connection. They are used only to make your figures and tables: they are never sent to an AI service or any other third party, never shared with other users, and never used to train models or for our own research. When you sign out or close the session, the workspace is removed and your files with it. If a very large upload passes through temporary storage on the way in, that copy is deleted as soon as it has been loaded, and in any case within 24 hours. We keep your account details (name, email, organisation), your plan and invoice records, and sign-in and session times with standard server logs — to run your plan, count Big Data hours and keep the service secure. Institute customers can sign a data-processing agreement.

6. Third parties we rely on

The site and services use a small number of external providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

  • Razorpay — payments for courses and internships, in India and abroad. [CONFIRM] the payment partner for software subscriptions, if different.
  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail and Calendar) — enquiry, enrolment and internship application records, our email replies, strategy-call bookings, and delivery of consultancy outputs.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosting for the DataViz Pro, KropAnalytix and BreedPilot applications.
  • Fontshare — web fonts served to your browser when you load a page.
  • YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) — product walkthrough videos, which load only after you click play.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your colour-theme preference is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us. Embedded YouTube players are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode and only after you choose to play a video. If you later add an analytics tool such as Google Analytics, this section must be updated and a cookie notice added.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Enrolment and payment records are kept as long as Indian accounting and tax law requires. Client research data is deleted at the end of the engagement, or on request. Files uploaded to DataViz Pro are deleted when your session ends (section 5).

9. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to pnura@plantnura.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
