1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and PlantNura Consulting & Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its office at Mahaveer Gateway, 12th Floor, Office 5, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032. By enrolling in a course, subscribing to a tool, or commissioning consultancy work, you agree to them.

2. Courses and internship tracks

• Courses are live and instructor-led. A place is confirmed once payment is received.
• Course materials, datasets, recordings and exercises are provided for your personal learning only. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them to deliver your own training without our written permission.
• We may reschedule a cohort if too few participants enrol, or for reasons beyond our control. If we do, you may transfer to the next cohort or receive a full refund.
• [CONFIRM] Cancellation by you: full refund if you cancel more than [N] days before the cohort starts; [N]% refund up to the start date; no refund once the course has begun.

3. Software subscriptions

• DataViz Pro, KropAnalytix and BreedPilot are provided as hosted applications. A subscription grants one named user access for the term purchased unless a multi-seat or site licence has been agreed.
• You may not share credentials, resell access, or attempt to copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the applications.
• Outputs you generate — figures, tables, reports — are yours to use and publish freely, including in commercial work.
• We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance windows and provider outages can occur.

4. Consultancy engagements

• Each engagement is defined by a written scope agreed in advance, covering deliverables, timeline and fees. That scope takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
• Data you provide remains yours. We treat it as confidential and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Deliverables — analyses, figures, reports, pipelines — become yours on full payment. Methods, generic code and know-how we bring to the work remain ours.
• Where an engagement leads to a publication, authorship and acknowledgement are agreed in writing before the work begins.

5. Payment

Payments are taken through Razorpay, for participants in India and abroad. Participants joining online from outside India pay in US dollars; everyone else, including participants from abroad who attend in person in Hyderabad, pays in rupees. Rupee fees are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at 18%. Dollar fees are set independently of the rupee fees (they are not a live conversion of them), and taxes are charged on them as applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services unlawfully, to upload data you have no right to share, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

7. Scientific judgement

Our software and advice are tools to support your decisions, not substitutes for your own scientific judgement. Analyses depend on the quality and design of the data supplied. We do not warrant any particular breeding, research or commercial outcome.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any course, subscription or engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost research time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. [CONFIRM] with your advisor, particularly for international clients.
